Shingles are easily damaged by high pressure, so they get a soft wash: a cleaning solution applied at low pressure that lifts moss, lichen and staining without blasting the surface.

If moss comes back on a roof we’ve cleaned within a year, we’ll make it right.
Roofs under heavy tree cover are the one exception: falling needles and leaves bring moss and debris back quickly, whatever the clean. We’ll tell you at the estimate if your roof is one of them.
