Tracking information may include source, medium, campaign, landing page URL, the website that referred you to ours, Google Ads click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, or wbraid, and similar analytics data.

We use this information to respond to estimate requests, schedule estimates, provide exterior cleaning services, communicate with customers, improve our website, measure advertising performance, and prevent spam or abuse.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website may use cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, or similar tools to understand website activity and measure ad performance. These tools may help us see whether a website visit resulted in a phone call, form submission, or estimate request. Your browser also keeps how you arrived (the first page you visited, the website that referred you and, for an ad or a tagged link, its source, medium, campaign and Google Ads click identifier) in this site’s own storage for up to 90 days, so an estimate request you send later can say how you found us. These details are sent to us only with a request, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate our website, advertising, analytics, email, scheduling, or customer communication systems, only as needed to support our business.

Where information is stored

Estimate requests from this website are delivered to our Google Workspace calendar and email, confirmation emails are sent from our Google Workspace account, and the website is hosted by Vercel. If a request cannot be delivered, its details are kept in our website host’s logs and in a private Google spreadsheet that only LeHomes can see so we can still contact you. A request our spam filter catches is kept in the host’s logs too, so a real one can still be answered. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Photos

If you send us photos of your property, we use them only to understand the requested exterior cleaning work and prepare an estimate.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, advertising measurement, legal compliance, and operational purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
